👩👧👦Don’t read or think too much about your child’s growth, if you’ve got elders just follow their words, Google will definitely confuse you. If your alone just consult your doctor. You might get a zillion tips from your near and dear ones but your inner instict is what will help.
👩👧👦 Take enough rest, I agree there are a lot of chores to complete when the child is asleep but your mental and physical rest is more important. Let the husband take charge during the nights. Ask for help, it’s your right.
👩👧👦 Eat what is suggested, eat healthy, don’t get paranoid if the food that you eat shows an impact to your child, no matter what you eat that’s bound to happen as the child has to get used to what your eating.
👩👧👦 Don’t compare your child with any other child, let it be feeding pattern or sleeping pattern, no two children are alike let it be even if they are siblings. Your child is precious and different enjoy every moment of your child’s growth.
⭐And ofcourse the zillion influencers that are out on social media, don’t compare your life with them you never know what they are going through.
⭐Your doing great, don’t forget you have got a new life too. Enjoy and live every moment don’t think about how your future would be. Just spend time with your baby, because once your child grows up you are sure going to miss these moments. Cherish each one of them. ❤️
